Christopher Nolan's new movie Tenet is shrouded in secrecy, which only makes us all the more eager to see it.
From what we know so far, the story draws on armageddon and time inversion (not time travel), with BlacKkKlansman's John David Washington leading an all-star cast. Robert Pattinson, Kenneth Branagh, Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Michael Caine, Himesh Patel, Dimple Kapadia and Clemence Poesy all co-star.
Shot by Dunkirk and Interstellar cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema, Tenet spans a multitude of locations from Europe to India, lensed in both IMAX and ultra-widescreen 70MM on a budget that exceeds $200 million. Nolan has described his latest project as his "most ambitious" so far, one that justifies and demands the big screen experience.
While we await Tenet's release this July (hopefully), we're counting down the days with our blog recap of Nolan's previous movies.

Nolan's penchant for moody, twisty storytelling was immediately apparent in this black and white story of deception and betrayal.
