• There are 3 Unlimited Membership Groups
• Each Membership Group includes a number of Cinema City cinemas
• The price of your Unlimited Card depends on which Membership Group your preffered cinema falls into
• You can use your Unlimited card at all cinemas that fall into the same Membership Group as your preffered cinema
• You have the option to upgrade to a higher Membership Group in order to use their Unlimited card at more cinemas

Does the update of my favourite cinema result in changing the Membership Group?
Updating your favourite cinema through your profile on the website does not affect your Membership Group. Changing the Membership Group is possible only by contacting the Unlimited Helpline.
Can I change my Unlimited Membership Group?
Yes, you can change your Subscription Group at any time.
How can I change my Unlimited Membership Group?
Changing the Membership Group is possible only by contacting the Unlimited Helpline.
If you pay for the Unlimited subscription under the Monthly Payment Plan and plan to regularly visit the cinema which falls into a different Membership Group, you can change your Membership Group by contacting the Unlimited Helpline. As you change your Membership Group, your monthly Unlimited card fee will change accordingly.
If you pay for the Unlimited subscription under the Annual Payment Plan and plan to regularly visit a cinema which falls into a different Membership Group, you can change your Membership Group by contacting the Unlimited Helpline.
How do you decide which cinemas is placed into which Membership Group?
We want our cinema subscription to continue to be the best and most attractive offer on the market. Membership Groups and Unlimited card prices are based on the ticket prices at each cinema. Due to this structure, the cost of membership pays off with just two monthly visits in the cinema.
Can I use my Unlimited card in cinemas that are not included in my Membership Group?
Yes! However, if you have an Unlimited membership in Membership Group 1 or 2, when visiting a cinema that falls into a different Membership Group, you will have to pay a surcharge according to the provisions of the Unlimited Terms and Conditions (section 6). The current list of surcharges below.
