3. During the IMAX® DAY event, there is one ticket price for all viewers for the above mentioned films. Regular and discounted tickets are priced at PLN 20.00 each.

4. Active Unlimited members may attend the IMAX® DAY event by paying the IMAX® format surcharge, which on the day of the event is PLN 7.00 for IMAX® 2D screenings and PLN 9.00 for IMAX® 3D screenings.

5. One ticket is valid for one film only.

6. In the case of purchasing a ticket online through the website or mobile application, a service fee of PLN 2.00 applies.

7. For IMAX® 3D screenings, a fee of PLN 4.90 for IMAX® 3D glasses is added to the ticket price. If the customer has his/her own IMAX® 3D glasses compatible with the IMAX® 3D technology used in the cinema, he/she may enter the screening with them without paying the glasses fee.

8. During the IMAX® DAY event, no discounts shall apply, i.e. the IMAX® DAY price shall not be combined with any promotions or special offers, whether from Cinema City or partners.

9. In accordance with Cinema City's Rules and Regulations for the Purchase of Tickets via the Internet, this is a special event, which means that it is not possible to return a purchased ticket.

10. There is a special bar offer during IMAX DAY. When purchasing 2 Medium Special Offers with popcorn from the current bar offer, each is at a 50% discount. Offer includes customers with a valid ticket to any IMAX® movie during IMAX® DAY on March 30, 2025. Offer does not combine with other partner discounts or Unlimited discounts.

11. Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions are available in the terms and conditions available in cinemas and on www.cinema-city.pl.

12. Cinema City reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website www.cinema-city.pl and in Cinema City cinemas.
